How Long is the Call?
About 20-40 minutes. If you have more questions, then we can go over but 40 minutes is usually enough time to get a clear plan.
Do I Need to be Pre Approved?
No. Talking to me before getting pre approved is fine. I can help you understand what loan programs are out there and direct a few recommended Lenders.
What if I'm not Ready To buy?
That’s completely fine. Most of the people I talk to are in the same situation. The plan is to be specific to you. If we need to plan seven months before your lease ends, we will create a plan around that.
Do I have to work with you?
No. The call is there to help give you clarity so you can decide what makes sense for you.
What happens after I submit the form?
I’ll personally review what you shared and reach out.
